When searching for a new home, finding a trusty realtor is probably at the top of your list of must-haves. But there's one home currently for sale that has a very unique real estate agent: The lovely Sardis, TN farmhouse pictured above is on the market—and a horse is ready to sell it to you. Yes, you read that correctly.
Meet Willie Neighson. He's a playful three-year-old horse who lives with the Page family on their 20-acre farm. When his owners decided to sell their property to move closer to family in the city, he didn't want to leave just anyone in charge. Instead, he broke out his computer and registered his own email address and website to get in touch with prospective buyers. Willie hopes that the right buyer will come along to take over the farm and provide him with a new family.

In addition to an especially clever horse, the property comes with a pond, barn, carport, vegetable garden, nut trees, and a large fenced-in pasture for Willie, of course. Sardis is just a short drive to Lexington and Jackson. "People look at the farm and instantly like everything about it," Kevin Page, the son of the property's current owners, told CountryLiving.com. "They picture their happy future on the farm, good quality of life, space to play and lots of healthy food for their family."
While the property sounds like the stuff country dreams are made of, interested buyers will have to convince Willie that they're the right fit. According to Page, he does have an idea of what he's looking for: Someone who loves farms, horses, and being self-efficient.

"If you already own a small farm, but want to upgrade, this place is for you," explained Page. If you want to move from a small expensive apartment in a city to a large quiet farm, Willie welcomes you with open hooves."
While the Pages have a few tours scheduled for prospective buyers, Willie's email has also been full of horse-lovers wishing they could make the move to see him and asking for photos of the property's rising star.
Interested? "I'm very hooves-on with the buyers," writes Willie on his website. "When we have visitors, I give them a walking tour of the pasture and trails. We have 20 acres so it's up to the potential owners as to how much they want to walk. It's easy for me since I have four legs."
